Absolutely the best pastries in Akron, maybe even all of summit county. The cardamom bun and almond bun are MUST try’s. The croissant is flakey and MASSIVE and honestly perfect. I got an iced matcha, the color speaks for itself, I will definitely be coming back to try everything else. The seating area was also very big and seems comfy.

Absolutely love Kabylia's! Hilary and Nourdine are so friendly and welcoming. I work out of Bounce semi-regularly so ive had the opportunity to try a LOT of their treats. And there's never been one thar left me disappointed. My personal favorite sweet treat is either the cardamom or sweet potato buns, but you also can't go wrong with the giant cookies, or Love cake! The Algerian chicken salad is phenomenal and isn't going to taste like your average chicken salad. Its got a really nice building heat. The breakfast version is a messy (in the best way possible) delight! Also, a fan favorite, the caprese sandwich on a seeded loaf. I'm sure the coffee is fantastic - I'm just not a big coffee drinker. And if you have any questions, the entire team is always happy to answer.

Wow! Everything I got was amazing! Algerian Tiramisu 10/10 - light fluffy whipped cream - moist spiced cake - not too sweet syrup Thai tea Flan 9.5/10 - buttery cust - creamy - robust flavor Miso chocolate chunk cookie 10/10 - perfect texture, chewy and cripsy edges 😋 - miso gave an umami taste that enhances the chocolate - get at least 2!!! I cannot wait to go back and try their drinks and savory items.

We lived in Denver for 5 years and had awesome bakery’s, also spent a lot of time in New York City with the same! Kabylia is right on par with both! Truly awesome stuff, just can’t say enough my whole family who are food critics loved everything! So glad we found (discovered) you!

If you’ve met Hilary & Nourdine, you already know how warm and welcoming they are. Now, add in that they are both masters of their craft and you will not be surprised that Kabylia Baguette will blow you away! We had expertly made cappuccinos, the cardamom bun (which was possibly the BEST pastry I’ve ever had), the pumpkin bread, and brought home a variety of unique cookies for our boys, all delicious. Do not sleep on this new spot in Akron!
